As General Manager, he leads the company’s sales, design, procurement, installation, and service teams—ensuring alignment and efficiency across every stage of the solar journey. With a leadership style grounded in integrity, transparency, and trust, Jim is known for his practical insights, clear communication, and commitment to listening and addressing customer needs.

A U.S. Army veteran, Chico State graduate, and longtime North Valley resident, Jim brings a deep sense of community to his work.
